I was handed over the job of extended warranty admin. to clean up claims that weren't taken care of by the previous admin. I had quite a few older RoadVantage claims and ended up working with Tyler Covington to help clean up those claims. I can't say enough about how helpful he was and how quickly he worked in helping me get these claims figured out, paid and off my schedule. Would definitely recommend Tyler Covington!
The ABSOLUTE worse experance and customer service! My Range Rover has been in service for almost 4 months now, my macanic and I have dozens of email with either no response at all or broken promises and several calls with just endless hold time and no call backs. I am out of pocket $7,000 because I had to cut a check to get my truck back. Read all the reviews and be carful who you put your trust in. They are quick to take you money to purchase the warrenty but when it comes time to actually make good on the coverage you purchase not so much.

My claim for a rock chip in my windshield was handled very smoothly by Abraham Bitar of RoadVantage. He setup service with a local Safelite facility and had it fixed very quickly. The chip repair looks very clean and is holding up well. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it!
Abraham Quintanilla always helps me out! Anytime I need something he's quick and efficient in getting it done. I had an issue with approval from 2 different people - called and got him on the phone and BOOM! Done and fixed in 8 min phone call. You're lucky to get him on the phone if you call in!

Worst experience of my life. Been waiting over 2 months to get reimbursed. When I call im on hold for hrs. My next call is to my NYS attorney generals office and the department of consumer affairs. Completely fraudulent business practice. Dont ever buy warranty from this company.
